1. Before courier handover
You may request cancellation before the order is handed to the courier. We will confirm whether invoicing, packing, or dispatch has already occurred. If the cancellation is accepted before courier handover, no forward or return delivery charge is deducted.
2. After courier handover
Once dispatched, cancellation or courier interception is not guaranteed. If we accept a voluntary post-dispatch cancellation, or the customer refuses an otherwise correct and timely parcel, the actual non-recoverable forward and return shipping charges may be deducted from the approved amount.
The remaining amount is processed after the parcel returns to the designated facility and its contents and condition are checked, unless SabkaPc confirms a different trigger in writing. No customer-caused cancellation deduction applies where the cancellation results from our error, an incorrect shipment, verified damage, or another issue for which applicable law makes the seller responsible.
3. Refund method
For an approved cancellation or refund, SabkaPc may first offer the amount as SabkaPc Coins for faster use on the website. Store credit is optional: the customer may instead request an eligible monetary refund to the original payment method or another verified method agreed in writing.
A refund required by law will not be made conditional on accepting promotional Coins. Any earned Coins associated with a cancelled or returned purchase may be reversed.
4. Processing time
SabkaPc aims to initiate approved Coins or monetary refunds within 24–48 working hours after eligibility is confirmed and any required return or pickup trigger stated in the approval message is completed. Bank, UPI, or payment-provider processing may take additional time after initiation.
The 24–48 hour period is an initiation target, not a guarantee that the customer's bank will display the credit within that time.
5. Cancellation by us
An order may be cancelled before acceptance or dispatch if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the address is unserviceable, fulfilment would be unlawful, fraud is reasonably suspected, or there is an obvious material listing or pricing error.
When we cancel an order, the complete amount received will be returned without a cancellation or logistics deduction. Coins may be offered, but a monetary refund remains available.
