1. Order fulfilment
SabkaPc coordinates the website order, payment confirmation, packing, dispatch updates, and online support through the appropriate fulfilment team.
Independent couriers transport parcels. The invoice and order documents identify the entity applicable to the transaction.
2. Dispatch and delivery estimates
Products available in current stock are generally dispatched within 72 working hours after payment verification. Sundays, public holidays, payment checks, special-order stock, and periods disclosed on the website are excluded.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote destinations, courier serviceability, weather, transport restrictions, strikes, and other events outside our reasonable control may take longer. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Charges and tracking
The checkout shows the product total and every compulsory platform, handling, product-specific, and delivery charge before the final order action. Charges can vary by product, package, destination, and available delivery service.
Tracking is shared when supplied by the courier. A tracking scan can be delayed and does not always mean the parcel itself has stopped moving.
4. Courier events outside our control
Couriers are independent service providers. SabkaPc cannot guarantee their route, personnel, handling, scan timing, or delivery attempt. We are not responsible for delay caused solely by weather, transport restrictions, government action, strikes, natural events, inaccessible locations, or incorrect customer information.
If a parcel is lost, visibly damaged, or tampered with, contact SabkaPc rather than negotiating the claim directly with the courier. We will review the evidence and coordinate the claim. This does not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by law.
5. At delivery
- Check the recipient name and shipping label before accepting the parcel.
- If it is torn, crushed, wet, open, re-taped, or visibly tampered with, photograph every side before acceptance and note the condition with the courier where possible.
- Record one continuous unboxing video before opening, including the sealed parcel, readable label, complete opening, and first inspection.
- Keep all packaging and report a shipment issue within 3 calendar days of recorded delivery.
6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, and serviceable address and reachable phone number. Actual additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated unsuccessful delivery, or unjustified refusal may be charged or deducted where disclosed and legally permitted.
