SabkaPc Coins Policy

1. Earning Coins

Under the standard website formula, eligible confirmed purchases earn 0.5 Coin for every ₹100 of qualifying paid order value after redemption. Shipping, platform fees, taxes, cancelled items, refunded items, and excluded promotions may not earn Coins where that exclusion is shown before purchase.

Coins remain pending until the order is confirmed. Coins earned on a cancelled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or returned transaction may be removed from the account.

2. Special manual-order arrangements

For an Admin-assisted or manually recorded order, the standard earning formula may be replaced by an order-specific Coin reward. Depending on an agreed quotation, bundle, promotion, price adjustment, service resolution, or another disclosed special condition, that reward may be higher, lower, or zero.

Before the customer confirms the order, SabkaPc will communicate the exact Coin amount or applicable rule and the reason for the exception. The disclosed arrangement will be recorded with that order and will apply only to that order. The customer may choose not to confirm the order if they do not agree to it.

A special arrangement does not permit silent or retrospective reduction of Coins already credited. Credited Coins may still be corrected or reversed for cancellation, return, refund, duplicate or mistaken credit, fraud, or misuse as described in this policy and permitted by law.

3. Using Coins

One Coin equals ₹1 of eligible value on SabkaPc. Available redemption limits, eligible products, minimum order values, and promotion combinations will be shown at checkout before Coins are applied.

Coins are linked to the customer account, are not transferable, carry no interest, and cannot be withdrawn or sold for cash. They are intended only for purchases on SabkaPc.

4. Coins offered for refunds

For an approved cancellation, return, or refund, SabkaPc may offer account credit in Coins because it can become available faster than bank processing. The customer may decline that offer and request an eligible monetary refund instead.

Coins used as optional refund credit will be identified separately from promotional earned Coins in the account record once the wallet feature supports that distinction.

5. Corrections and programme changes

We may correct Coins credited through calculation error, duplicate credit, misuse, or a reversed transaction. We may change or discontinue future earning and redemption rules with reasonable notice, but will not silently reduce a confirmed refund obligation or already-completed transaction.

No expiry applies unless an expiry date is clearly disclosed when the Coins are credited and is permitted by applicable law.

SabkaPc is your coordination point and will work with the relevant fulfilment, courier, distributor, manufacturer, or service team as the issue requires.
