1. Agreement and policy versions
By creating an account, using an account to place an order, or confirming an order after the policy links are shown, the customer agrees to these Terms and the linked Privacy, Shipping, Cancellation, Return & Replacement, and Coins policies.
The policy version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. Material changes apply prospectively unless a change is required by law or benefits the customer.
2. Our operating model
SabkaPc provides the website, catalog, account experience, digital sale workflow, payment coordination, and online customer support. Shreemad Jayanand Enterprises (SJE) supports physical stock handling, packing, courier coordination, product inspection, replacement fulfilment, and post-sales physical service. The applicable invoice and order documents identify the legal entity for each transaction.
Couriers, payment providers, manufacturers, distributors, and service centres are independent third parties. SabkaPc coordinates the online customer journey, but cannot control every act, delay, diagnosis, or decision of those parties. This operational allocation does not exclude a responsibility or consumer remedy that applicable law assigns to the seller or ecommerce entity.
3. Accounts
Customers must provide accurate details, keep credentials secure, and promptly update changes affecting delivery or communication. The account holder is responsible for activity performed through the account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly.
We may restrict an account for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, repeated false claims, payment manipulation, or security risk after reasonable review.
4. Products, stock, and sourcing
We aim to show accurate product names, images, specifications, compatibility information, condition, price, stock, and warranty. Packaging or imagery can change without changing the material product. A material substitution requires customer agreement.
Products may be obtained through manufacturers, authorized or independent distributors, lawful retailers, stock-clearance channels, liquidation lots, promotional stock, gifts, or other legitimate sources. We do not claim that every unit comes through an authorized channel. Product condition and the applicable manufacturer or distributor warranty should be stated for the SKU or confirmed before purchase.
The customer will receive the applicable sale invoice or order document from the seller of record. Manufacturer-warranty eligibility can still depend on the product's serial number, supply source, and the brand or distributor's own requirements.
5. Order acceptance and pricing
An automated acknowledgement or payment receipt confirms that the order request was received; it is not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when fulfilment or dispatch is expressly confirmed.
We may cancel before acceptance for unavailable stock, failed payment verification, an unserviceable location, legal restrictions, suspected fraud, or an obvious material listing or pricing error. We will not charge a higher corrected price without the customer's agreement.
6. Payment and Coins
Payment is complete after verification. Never share a UPI PIN, password, or OTP with SabkaPc or a courier. Uploaded payment evidence should contain only the information needed to verify the transaction.
SabkaPc Coins are governed by the Coins Policy. Optional Coins offered for an approved refund do not remove an eligible customer's ability to request a monetary refund where applicable.
7. Delivery, cancellation, replacement, and warranty
The Shipping, Cancellation, and Return & Replacement policies form part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information, prompt inspection, safe installation, preserving evidence and packaging, and following written return instructions.
Manufacturer or distributor warranty varies by product and supply source. SabkaPc may coordinate service, while a manufacturer, distributor, or authorized service centre may perform testing and make the warranty decision.
8. Fair limits
We are not responsible for indirect or avoidable loss caused by customer misuse, inaccurate customer information, unsupported installation, failure to back up data, or events genuinely outside reasonable control. Any recoverable amount remains subject to applicable law and the facts of the order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or a statutory consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. A consumer may use any grievance process, consumer commission, or other forum available under applicable law.

SabkaPc is your coordination point and will work with the relevant fulfilment, courier, distributor, manufacturer, or service team as the issue requires.
